that's a good point and the distinction to me is the amount of power that person wields in society. people who are granted a lot of privilege in society (ie, if they are wealthy or very beautiful) tend to abuse other people and that makes them a bitch. people who are in a similar emotional position but are not granted privileges in society tend to abuse and sabotage themselves and that makes them just pathetic. i think jen is clearly a good example of the latter.

However, on the contrary, just because one is not valued by the society, doesn't mean he or she might not feel proud. Some ppl have pride regardless what the society tells them and sometimes it is a bad thing, yea, sometimes it is a cancer. But sometimes, it is this exact pride that forces the society to recognize the injustice that is forced upon those who are not previously valued by it.

Oh my God. Did anyone watch last night's episode? I now really think that Petrozza will win. Even though he missed the peas in the risotto (sp) but he was catching all of Christina's fuck ups and was a dominant force in the kitchen. I loved how the Sous chef mouthed off after Christina yelled at him... I hope that I did not spoil the episode for anyone. If I did, sorry..

I missed it last week and was sooo hoping for Jen to go, AND THANK THE LORD SHE DID. She just wasn't a team player, and you need to be able to work with others in order to run a kitchen.
After seeing how Corey acted after Christina won the challenge, I'm hoping for Petrozza to win this. Christina is nice, too, but she just doesn't have what it takes to win. Plus, Petrozza is more mature than the others, so he definitely deserves it.
