ugh!!! This is so stupid. IT'S NOT ABOUT RACE!!! Obviously Isaiah created a 'hostile' work environment for T.R. Knight, so ABC had to react. The fact that he said the 2 'F' words at the Grammys' shows that he is impulsive, cruel and arrogant. I really liked Burke, but that behavior cannot be condoned in any workplace. The race card is played way too much. OH YEAH, he was fired because he is black!?! Then explain why the other African American Cast members weren't and are still on the show!
The irony of this story is that Isaiah Washington is not homophobic. He played a gay man in Get on the Bus. GA sucks anyway and Mr Washington was wasting his talents on that crap anyhow.

The media did a horrible job on this story the same lies for 6 months with no regard for the truth. Additionally, if Isaiah Washington does not get nominated for an Emmy for his excellent portrayal of our beloved Dr. Preston Burke, the Emmy Nominations process has no credibility. I personally will not watch another ABC show until some changes are made. I will monitor other shows as well. favorite soap ATWT once had Black characters with substance and storyline, today they have none.
If these people actually WATCHED grey’s they would know that is has one of the most diverse casts on network television

Isaiah should take responsibility for his behaviour.
It seems like he hasn't grown out of this at all.
And it's not right, but typical, how they mix Isaiah's dismissal with the fact that black characters are not enough represented in TV.
