About two years ago, I slipped on my top step and tumbled down 12 wooden steps, so I know what you're going through. Just be happy you didn't hurt yourself any more than you did, 'cuz those falls can cause serious injuries. I was sore for a couple weeks...
On a side note, nice Yaz's and good luck on those box breaks!
