  • great Kino_perfect

  • I think we should all copy transition into warrior 1 at 1:43

  • I'd like to know what series this is a part of, because it doesn't appear to be back bend demonstration, as described

  • AMAZING....:) thankyou Kino for showing that this is possible!!!

your dedication to yoga is inspirational!!

  • Dear Kino, I am a Indian boy who lives in Brazil, and I also practice asthanga. Congratulations. Your practice is with such a grace, clean. stunning.

Nice to see your video, I am sure with this you inspire lot of people..

  • Amazing practice. Inspirational.

  • Absolutely stunning, captivating, beautiful and inspiring.

  • Cool video! Thanks..

    Unreal @ 03:25! =D

  • Cool video! Thanks..

  • Incredible level of practice, Kino also seems to come across as very humble..good Yogic qualities.

  • Very cool.

  • It just makes you want to practice 24/7

  • 5:40.......ummmm.......uhh......what?

  • excelente!

  • great breathing and transition.

  • amazing great breathing

  • That's easy! she can lick her own bum!

  • That's easy!

  • Awesome stuff, though the description is misleading: there's no advanced back-bending, only advanced forward bending (among other things).

  • @NATEMzero Maybe you should stick with the porn channel instead of bringing porn here.

  • @you2dude if a man can watch this video and not @ least subliminally think about sex, then I have some bad news for that man.

  • I love the sounds of the birds! what a soundtrack!

  • amazing

  • 5:45 holy cow.

  • So what's this got to do with yoga ?

This is little else than the westernised, bastardised version of traditional yoga exercise.

    Gymnastics.

  • @cspace1234nz What makes anything yoga is the level of focus, degree of concentration, the meditative focus; washing dishes can be yoga if done meditatively. Practice without awareness is just gymnastics and not yoga. Gymnastics done with awareness can certainly be yoga.

  • @namastehon And so on the basis of that where exactly is that point of focus or concentration, is it measurable ? And are you talking about focus and concentration or meditation ?

  • @cspace1234nz Meditation happens after concentration is mastered, which comes after asana and pranayama are mastered. I know that there has been research into meditative states where various lay and Buddhist monks were hooked up to equipment which measured their brainwaves. It would be cool to hook up yogis to see how their practice alters their brainwaves. The key is daily practice over a long period of time. It really doesn't matter what form the practice takes...

  • @namastehon Yes we have all read the 8 limbs, or then there are the 5 limbs or the 10 limbs depending on which frame of reference you follow. You just haven't got that right, I know you think you have, but really, you are like someone attempting to describe an ice cream but have never actually tried one.

  • @cspace1234nz I have made no claims to mastery, it may take me more than one lifetime, but I do my practice without attachment to whether someone else believes I am practicing "correctly". I simply know from my personal experience that I am on the right path but what works for me may not work for others. If rudeness works for you keep practicing rudeness.

  • @namastehon Sure thing, if ego and stupidity works for you you keep that up too.

  • @cspace1234nz I think perhaps you need to focus on your own practice before commenting on others' practices; especially focus on your diet and lifestyle as you are displaying excess pitta in your mind. If you practice some vata management (daily abhyanga with sesame oil, perhaps use bhringaraj oil), get up before dawn for meditation, cooling pranayama (shitali or sitkari), eat only warm cooked foods, and get to bed around 10 pm. This should calm you enough to interact peacefully with others.

  • @namastehon Hey that's pretty funny but we've all read those books but your "practice" is a joke, mental gymnastics to go with your physical gymnastics. You are deluding yourself, your path of quackery leads to nowhere but clearly you lack the subtle awareness to know that and therein lies the trap. So basically, that makes you an ignorant fuck !

  • @cspace1234nz

    tat tvam asi

  • @namastehon Yawn ! You think the world would be better off if everyone was like you but it's not the case, you are not helping.

  • @cspace1234nz

    Lokah samastaa sukhinoh bhavantu

  • @cspace1234nz You can find someone else's drishti? What a talent.

  • Wow...very inspiring!

  • How long has she been doing yoga?

  • about 10 years

  • I'm just in awe, I saw one other demo of Ashtanga Yoga before this and thought it was the exception and not the rule. I'm just starting yoga and can't imagine being able to do this. Hopefully I'll be proven wrong. Kino that series was mindbending and beautiful at the same time, thank you.

  • Very impressive, well done Kino.

  • When someone does something well; there's always people who say how lucky you are, like you didn't put any effort into the accomplishment. Kino has worked hard and long to achieve this level of practice. Don't cop out and say she is naturally flexible or a gymnast; if you put in the training hours, you could do this also.

  • thank you that wise

  • @cherylmalone1 True. She may also still be lucky, :)

  • @chibiusaoni Yes, there are structural issues that block us from doing some things; muscular can be worked through.

  • Beautiful...

  • Espléndida.

  • What a beautiful clip!

  • Absolutely brilliant, but as I am sure Kino would say:

for those who can never ever achieve this type of flexibility, remember that the real point of yoga is not to make you into a human pretzel but to open your mind and heart to who you truly are: one with the divine.

  • That's not fair. Women are naturally more flexible than men.

  • Don't kid yourself, what you see here is the product of years and years of hard work and dedication.

Well done KIno, I stand in awe!

  • yes not only years, but a lifetime. and for those who say they are not flexible, there is a measure of truth to that of course, but on the other hand flexibility, like openness of mind, comes with effort.

  • That's called good genes, not yoga. She's probably very naturally open and limber. And I'm bitter and jealous. I know I'll never achieve many of these asanas.

  • That's what I used to say before I started Ashtanga 2 years ago. All my life I've suffered poor flexibility and musculature. Now, 2 years later, I can do this sort of thing.

    One day at a time...

  • rubber girl

  • Kino = amazing

She never ceases to leave me with my mouth hanging. In the words of U2, she is ... "Magnificent".

  • inspiring Kino

  • inspiration

  • This woman knows what yoga is.

    You go girl.

  • wow.you are a worm =)
