at&t may have the best phones but they dont do you a bit of good if they dont work everywhere that verizon does, your iphone may be a lot more fancier than my simple verizon phone but atleast i can make a phone call and it not get dropped.

i have verizon, its amazing - i was thinking about getting at&t a few weeks ago but was astounded after talking to those that had it the problems that they have had - i have had ZERO on my blackberry.

The CEO of verizon needs to get it through his head that WE WANT THE IPHONE!!! yah the network is really good and stuff but there aren't many good phones to prove how good it is and what kind of break through devices it can run!!! Grow a pair and listen to your customers!!

See you have to understand that your iPhone is CRAP without a good network. AT&T is not providing the services that allow you to use the web wherever you want. Droid, from Verizon, is just as good as the iPhone, looks cool, and works wherever. You see it is the network that makes up the phone, not how it looks. Sure the iPhone looks cool, but so does the Droid from Verizon. Now you can show your friends a phone that works!

OK so as you can see, everyone disagrees! Look at how many thumbs down you got! You see you must not be fooled by all this nonsense. Sure I will admit the iPhone looks nice, but it is not very good when you put it to the test in the real world. AT&T is fooling you by advertising digital coverage (talk and text). NOT 3G. A phone that actually works wherever you go is more important. That is why I am a very happy customer of Verizon!

Very well said! It is hilarious to find people actually believing what AT&T states about their map coverage. AT&T are indeed showing ONLY their digital coverage, NOT their 3G. Its AT&T that is lying to it's OWN customers.

I love Verizon for their network more so than the phones. Fortunately, I have the Droid, so all is perfect. ;-)

See I know who you are...you are one of those people who make up things like these just to get people to agree. You are wrong. The coverage AT&T advertised is for digital coverage (talk+text). Not 3G. I have gone on the AT&T site and actually checked the tiny box that says only show 3G coverage. It matches Verizon's analysis. You see you can't be fooled by nice phones. It is the coverage that backs it up!
