I've read somewhere that him was regarded as one of the precursors of beatbox, maybe he isn't a pure beatbox but i believe he never tried to been, instead beatboxers may have had an influence from him.

Yeah, his kit is tuned really well. I just heard some newer Dave Wekly video and HIS drums sounded dreadful! I mean, he was playing very musically but the drums sounded as though there were winter coats draped over everything. This is gr8t stuff.

Yeah man; total goofs! These musicians are as serious as it gets. The metric modulation and rhythmic emphasis play is amazing; it's the best! Doesn't change the fact that they still played and acted like total goofs just after 6min... goofs with mad skillz no less. Avantgaurd style jamming like that, only masters can make sound that good, let alone funny.
