"titan" is a bodybuilder and most of the other guys share similiar backgrounds, they were picked for there physique and strength. and i dont think steroids is a part of this, considering they worked hard for there body and and after all its there job to be in shape and to push people around in the ring . :)

I'm pretty sure they don't do a test on the HOST of the show, but I'm sure all of the Gladiators have been tested for illegal drugs. All of the Gladiators in all countries have been drug-tested since the beginning of 90's, some even leading to disqualifications from the team (in UK).
