  • Agreed, and it's a shame. Also not thrilled with the bottle-necking that happens for entering and exiting the opera house. Some of us take DART (parking fees don't fit a small budget), and it will be nice when the walk to/from the train, tram or bus is a little more lively, with thriving businesses, happenings, residences and people to go with them.
