This is not a commercial for China cell phone, it is a commecial about one of the mobile phone line company in Malaysia called 'celcom'. U can either choose to buy the sim card and top up the credits or u can sign up 12 months contract for the phone tariff you picked and pay it monthly for the calls you made.
