Everybody seems to hate Raiden and yeah, it was a bit of a letdown how much we had to play as him in past games but his role in MGS4 is spot-on. He's a really wicked character and is the center of some cool "day-saving" scenes in the latest Metal Gear.  Still though, I couldn't ever imagine him being as cool at smoking as Snake is...
