no, in the console if you typ psb, you get all spells and one has no name and its desciption is "pant's on fire on target" either that or the spell is called pants on fire, it only works if you have typed psb in the console psb

graphics are 10x worse? lmao... how can that be? unless your specs are an nvidia 3 card and 512 mb RAM or something god awful. Oblivion PC maxed out with optimum specs, 2 or more GB RAM, nvidia 8800 gtx card, looks just as good if not better than the 360 & PS3 versions. 10x worse is a huge injustice, c'mon, you're specs have to be pretty low for that result
