  • hey does your lower back hurts after doin this???

if not, what am i doin wrong?? anyone??

  • if u do this for a month straight would u get abs?

  • sexy legs yumm

  • A simple piece of machine that actually..**gasps** works. I returned the $100 ab (read: crap)-rocket for this $10 piece and I've gotten more from it in 5 reps than 50 reps with the ab rocket.

  • i think its safe to keep ur toes up.

  • if you do on ur toes ull have back or neck injuries this is the proper way

  • you just inspired me to keep up thats just great exelent rithym you just great theres no more stars to rate you other wise ill put you 10

  • WTF damn you are good are you a super being or what I catch my ass just trying to keep form lol

  • Damn, that's impressive form. I can't go down that far!! I'm a fatty!

  • Keep at it and it will come just make sure to keep that back flat and abs tight (brace).

  • Now i get what i've been doing wrong.

  • zygerth, you look like youre about 5'4 and 107 pounds, maybe thats why you can do standing ab rollouts

  • Idk this thing doesn't do much for me anymore. I be doing this thing straight and I don't feel much restraint anymore. -sigh- this exercise was great for me. =(

  • You can always use a band and attach to roller and the to a fixture in front. I will try to post a video this week.

  • @StylexSai you also try doing it in the shape of the letter 'Y".

  • I can do 3 minutes of the standing wheel rollouts..prob 4 minutes if people r watching lol

  • and you point??

  • we did that at practice and i loved it. Its my fav, besides dragon flags

  • When ya can do 30 in a row with a full drop to 1 inch above the floor then you're getting somewhere. Its the standing wheel rollouts that are killing me now.

  • wow i can't go all the way down like that but then im barely starting and im feeling it

  • ab wheel is the best ab thingie invented ever

  • Excellent form. If you're beginning to use this exercise in your core work it's what you should aspire to before you move on to the more difficult - i.e., standing - version of this exercise. Good demo.

  • Why do you say "wasted"? If you go that far and keep your whole body rigid, it will definitely help with e.g. transverse abdominus muscles (which is the main point of that exercise IMHO, even though the dynamical part also affects other ab muscles).

  • Is it necessary to move the body back so far? Sems like wasted motion to me.
