I was on this trip. He was just ready to leave when it was stopped and then a long wait. reason for the wait was someone was taken ill and put on an ambulance.It had earlier done an emergency stop outside Bromsgrove.

I remember 2 58s on a similar turn back in 1993. Later they were down in Paignton when they were turned out to operate a demonstration freight

to Kingswear and back. The train looked so rickety that one of the wagons derailed leaving Kingswear and some dragging wagons caused damage to the track.
