schools are everywhere. Unless we start creating adult-only communities with no children allowed to live there, or something of that sort, there's no way to completely eliminate sex offenders.
Some of them are relatively minor charges too, not nec'ly some serious rape charge, and some prob'ly are ppl who copped a plea. Our system has listed young teenagers having sex as "offenders".
yeah,,the system railroad and use scare tactics to induce pleas,,, a judge once said that there is little if any evidence to most child molestation claims! BUT, the system pulls bogus stunts to get the person to cop a plea,, like threatening the max if they take it to trial in which most evidence thats beneficial to the defendant is buried,,, BUt if they can manage a plea,,,the fact that crucial evidence was excluded,wont be brought into question, cause there was a confession thur a plea!

This just shows that the laws are so overly strict that not even the parole officers can stay in compliance. How is a sex offender going to stay in compliance? Anything for a story. If the sex offenders weren't put up in these motels, they'd be under bridges with no addresses so they couldn't register...yet another violation of the law. Cities like this one don't even have areas where sex offenders can legally live because there's an elementary school or park in every single square mile. What a joke. Great story though. State governments really need to stop making stupid laws. And some of these people are getting labeled as "sex offenders" for being seventeen and getting a blow job from a fifteen year old which is stupid. Rapists and child molesters, on the other hand, commit crimes that take time, plenty of time to stop themselves. Second Degree Murder and Manslaughter, which are unpremeditated, should carry a shorter sentence than any sex crime. If it were up to me, all those convicted of a first degree sex crime would be sent to death row. Protects the public and the other prisoners. The prisoners are often raped and are more dangerous and angry when they leave prison.
Sex offenders can't be rehabilitated. Murderers can pull a trigger and regret what they did because they did not think through their actions. They can wish for the rest of their lives they hadn't taken a life but once you pull the trigger they are gone forever.
What!? that's not true sex offenders can be rehabilitated and some sex offenders don't even deserve the label as the situation wasn't intentional like watching porn late at night and your child walks in your room because you forgot to lock the door!
