I'm so tired of people saying that getting 9999 health in this game is cheating.
It's a spell called BUBBLE --- it doubles the current HP of any character, and there's also an accessory that does the same thing --- the BUBBLE BELT.
@DrumMan471 there is no code. its called bubble. a spell u get that doubles ur hitpoint's. or u can get an accesory called bubble does the same thing. try buying some spells in the different spots b4 u assume some1 cheating

there was a place where to fight these wyrms. i got about 20000 exp each kill solo with the double exp. accesory. i will find out more info later and comment again if anyones interested.
my longest chain is 214, what i do is i go to the lhusu mines. once i get there i go to the bridge were only skeletons pop out, i move back and forth killing the skeletons, they stop spawning after 30 kills, so i exit and comeback to the area TWICE, after exiting and re entering twice the skeletons begin spawning again, very useful for getting EXP ,loot & LP ect.
@Xicko1 The earliest Auto leveling spot that I know is from Negalmuur. there's a video guide for it. Though, it's not that great for leveling, it takes a while once you reach the 30's. But you can finish your License Board really early so it's still helpful.
you dont get alot from them... i find the best auto levelling, is negalmuur.. you all know him, he hangs around in stilshrine of miriam? well he constantly spawns minions. Look on berseker kev's walkthrough on GameFAQ... its realy helpful. i got from lvl 45-86 with all characters in about 5 hours
right im in the exact spot this dude is on the video but the bats dont keep coming none stop! like 12 come at once then thats it, i have to run two zones away and go back just for them to return!!! is this what you had to do???
its not that hard to do this. I got to 99 this way you need to equip your best magic equipment and have foe any sleepga to put them to sleep then you use curaja. Don't fight them without them on sleep! you will get owned!
ah that junction is a nightmare for me, im level 85 and managed to survive about 98% of the yiazmat fight, yet cannot defeat these little bastards in their numbers

go to jahara and talk to a guy sitting on your right side when you come into the village. he will tell you about the key if you defeated mindflyer. if not, kill mindflyer and come back and talk to him again.
you can only have access with a chocobo. get a chocobo in jahara, and then go to the next aera, and then try to find chocobo footprints around the grass. it will lead you to the mine. is that what you are wondering?
the best way to get there is from Junction B. go to junction B, and then go north where you find two doors in Cross over B location. open the upper door which is a bit tricky. you need to close another door to unlock another one. so you have to go all the way around and come back to Cross over B location if you know what i mean. you will see orange crystal behind that door.
go to Crossover B where you will find two doors, but one is locked. you need to close another door to unlock another one. if i am right, you need to go Crossover A and then Junction B and then Crossover B. its quite complicated but you can figure it our qutie easy. take a bit of time, of course. lols.
i did mine with two people..you get around 200k per round so it pretty fast lvling up..as long as your poeple have pretty good physical armor to NOt die as soon as you walk inside the room..doing it in pairs is faster lvling wisebut slower because your only using two people
what is the earliest you can do this?, im up to where you have to go back to balfonheim to talk to rerddas and see if he knows anything right after the great crystal part where you fight Shemhazai
i did it before this.... but youll need to get every available esper to have access to this place. you could just go through with the storyline to get hashmal and famfrit, which means you wouldnt have to go out of your way now to get harder espers such as chaos and ultima, who youll probably be wanting to use this trick for anyway.

No you won't. It can take up to an hour finding Negalmuur, and after that it only spawns a Skeleton every 2 moves. Quickest way to do it is to use the Foe HP Highest - Haste to make his moves come faster.

Um yes you will. Negalmurr is easy to find. Just spend 30 minutes in the dungeon, and then go into the room where he is and boom he'll be there. Set up the correct gambits and presto, 999 chain before you know it.
well 4 this one...u have to be in the locked part of the henne mines (which is obtained by talking to the garif in jahara after defeating at least 10 espers) then just go to a video showing this technique that takes u there cuz its gonna take me a long comment to tell u exactly how to get there.... let me know if u want me to explain..and give u a GR8 ffxii website
In 3 and a half hours of doing this i got: 99 arcanas, 99 dark crystals, 99 spiral incisors, 99 red fangs and 99 vampyr fangs. I also got my first ever 999 chain on FFXII and levelled Vaan from 72 to 92 and Balthier and Basch fron 69 to 90! The best levelling guide ever! 5/5

its turn-based, but its real time as well, its like a more modified ATB system as you see in FF5 thru FF9, but you can use scripts or "gambits" to program your character to automatically counteract certain strategies and obstacles placed forth by bosses, status effects, etc. The gambit system is more of a self-sustainability and the ability to re establish equilibrium when under a massive attack. Otherwise, its IMPERATIVE to actively punch in commands from the menu to advance the game.
i always run out of money...its like the only one i can support is the character i choose to use the other 2 that i would use fighting i never have enough money for or there lvl is to low :(
first time i played i got stuff for everyone so expensive trying to keep them at the same lvl as well. second time round used only the boy with the same weapons and armor. magaged to get the best of everything all the way through (no offence to girl but i just prefer using male characters, i think they just look better and their quickening look better)

No, you need 10 espers and its highly not recomened to get chaos. This do the mindflayer hunt and talk to this guy in Jahara and he will oopen it for you =/
the miriam one is better because you can steal Paramina crossbows from the zombies that get spawned with a Foe Hp<3000 gambit it helps u get alot of money
The fighting is bacicly giving commands to your players in a real time battle system. Gambits make it possible to make them do things without moving a button.
i wouldnt do this lvling trick only because the sleepga doesnt always work on them and u can wipe easy, i went with the StilShrine of Miriam any1 who wants to know how to do this just reply to my comments and i can tell ya :)
i'm doing that right now :) it's a good way to do it, but it takes AGES! i went from 38 to 50 in about 10-11 hours. Good if you've got other stuff to do. it's called Negalmuur btw :)
it takes a while if you dont have emproidered tippet but 38-50 in 11 hours is wayy to long my secondary grp (fran Balthier and ashe) were 9,13 and 19 yet when i but tippets on them it took me about 19 hours or so to get to 99
I don't know if your characters are strong enough yet... but I did this before the Stilshrine and after too. In the Salikawood, there's a teleport crystal [the orange ones] near an entrance to another area. That area leads to King Bomb. A good trick is to cast protect, shell, haste and possible bubble on everyone and then touching the save crystal to heal back your mp. You can steal from the king bomb for loot and kill his bombs for exp. When you're about to be wiped, exit and touch the crystal.
That was a reply to clubk1d btw. Actually, a good trick for most bosses: there is usually a save crystal before each boss fight [usually]. If you can, cast Protectga, Shellga, Bubble, Hastega, Regen, Float, Faith and Bravery on your party then touch the save crystal. All your mp is replenished and you still have the status enhancers. Or you can summon an Esper too and use positive enhancers [protect, etc.] and touch the crystal. Free Esper and replenished MP. It helps to make fights easier ^__^
I actually think the Best Lving Spot is Giruvegan, on the path to the Omega Boss. There, the Forbiddens Spawn constantly and it take only 2-3 hits to kill one. You get a chain of 20-30 in 1min or less! that's about
40000-60000 exp in one min!
ON the other hand, at this intersection in Hennin mines, It takes about 3mins to kill 15-20bats. This is about 45000-60000 in 3mins.
i can't remeber where it is now but i used to go to this place and fight summin (im good at explaining ent i?" and you but a heal or recover or summin on and it gives 12k xp ea or summin if you leave it doing that for bount an hour you will definetly lvl up alot :D i think i was lvl 57 and i was stuck on a mission so i went there and accedently left it on and when i came back i was lvl 80 summin Try find it if you can. I think a sprit thing lives there
Ashe10 has the same vid, only you had massive loot combos. I like this vid a lot better, it's more to the point and more fun to watch. By the way, I'm going to try this tonight, and I have all the best weapons and mad high stats so this should be really easy to do. The warmage augment helps too, because you get pretty much infinite MP. Not that it matters or anything, because I have all the licenses and like 10,000 extra LP...
aniother good place to level up is in grat cristal where u are going to get the excalibur.. the necrophobes give u 15k experience points each,with emberoid tippet, plus they die with pheonix downs
I beat the Saurian without quickenings in the beginning... had the gladius though... and about 20 more levels than you. There are things you can do in the beginning of the game to get some better weapons, armors, and levels.
umm im about lvl 97, my training ground was overlooking eternity in the nabreus deadlands. i was on holiday with a broken leg so i managed to get them from lvl 50-97 in a few days. also, i think they made the last boss a bit too easy
heh, lots of people have something similar happen, taking on the Wild Saurian early on. I consider the Wild Saurian to be a good early lesson to be careful when attacking things. =D

@justcoolkool Bubble can be bought from the airships in the Aerodrome. Not all of the airships carries it though.

@fer12345 a chain is when you defeat the same type of enemy multiple time sin a row (more often, the exact same enemy)
for instance, killing 40 "zombies" in a row makes a 40 link chain

its turn-based, but its real time as well, its like a more modified ATB system as you see in FF5 thru FF9, but you can use scripts or "gambits" to program your character to automatically counteract certain strategies and obstacles placed forth by bosses, status effects, etc. The gambit system is more of a self-sustainability and the ability to re establish equilibrium when under a massive attack. Otherwise, its IMPERATIVE to actively punch in commands from the menu to advance the game.

first time i played i got stuff for everyone so expensive trying to keep them at the same lvl as well. second time round used only the boy with the same weapons and armor. magaged to get the best of everything all the way through (no offence to girl but i just prefer using male characters, i think they just look better and their quickening look better)

The fighting is bacicly giving commands to your players in a real time battle system. Gambits make it possible to make them do things without moving a button.

i'm doing that right now :) it's a good way to do it, but it takes AGES! i went from 38 to 50 in about 10-11 hours. Good if you've got other stuff to do. it's called Negalmuur btw :)

it takes a while if you dont have emproidered tippet but 38-50 in 11 hours is wayy to long my secondary grp (fran Balthier and ashe) were 9,13 and 19 yet when i but tippets on them it took me about 19 hours or so to get to 99

I don't know if your characters are strong enough yet... but I did this before the Stilshrine and after too. In the Salikawood, there's a teleport crystal [the orange ones] near an entrance to another area. That area leads to King Bomb. A good trick is to cast protect, shell, haste and possible bubble on everyone and then touching the save crystal to heal back your mp. You can steal from the king bomb for loot and kill his bombs for exp. When you're about to be wiped, exit and touch the crystal.

That was a reply to clubk1d btw. Actually, a good trick for most bosses: there is usually a save crystal before each boss fight [usually]. If you can, cast Protectga, Shellga, Bubble, Hastega, Regen, Float, Faith and Bravery on your party then touch the save crystal. All your mp is replenished and you still have the status enhancers. Or you can summon an Esper too and use positive enhancers [protect, etc.] and touch the crystal. Free Esper and replenished MP. It helps to make fights easier ^__^

I actually think the Best Lving Spot is Giruvegan, on the path to the Omega Boss. There, the Forbiddens Spawn constantly and it take only 2-3 hits to kill one. You get a chain of 20-30 in 1min or less! that's about
40000-60000 exp in one min!
ON the other hand, at this intersection in Hennin mines, It takes about 3mins to kill 15-20bats. This is about 45000-60000 in 3mins.

i can't remeber where it is now but i used to go to this place and fight summin (im good at explaining ent i?" and you but a heal or recover or summin on and it gives 12k xp ea or summin if you leave it doing that for bount an hour you will definetly lvl up alot :D i think i was lvl 57 and i was stuck on a mission so i went there and accedently left it on and when i came back i was lvl 80 summin Try find it if you can. I think a sprit thing lives there

Ashe10 has the same vid, only you had massive loot combos. I like this vid a lot better, it's more to the point and more fun to watch. By the way, I'm going to try this tonight, and I have all the best weapons and mad high stats so this should be really easy to do. The warmage augment helps too, because you get pretty much infinite MP. Not that it matters or anything, because I have all the licenses and like 10,000 extra LP...

aniother good place to level up is in grat cristal where u are going to get the excalibur.. the necrophobes give u 15k experience points each,with emberoid tippet, plus they die with pheonix downs

I beat the Saurian without quickenings in the beginning... had the gladius though... and about 20 more levels than you. There are things you can do in the beginning of the game to get some better weapons, armors, and levels.

In order to reach this area you need t have defeated 10 of the espers, and ask the geologist in Jahara to unlock it I believe.

umm im about lvl 97, my training ground was overlooking eternity in the nabreus deadlands. i was on holiday with a broken leg so i managed to get them from lvl 50-97 in a few days. also, i think they made the last boss a bit too easy
