no i havent. or at least not a lot. i went to baltimore to visit a friend (there are pics on the vid) and there was A LOT of trash in the water. i'm surprised that i didnt see a duck or any bird with something around its neck.
in all reality, it depends on ppl's knowledge of what happens when they pollute. maybe if more ppl knew, they wouldnt do it as much- hopefully not at all. so spread the word! maybe even this video...
