Nope. The economy was abysmal by January 19th, 2009. The unemployment rate was in the high 7's. By March it was closing in on 9 percent. To suggest that Obama's policies caused that much damage within two months is pure delusion.

There were no "ZOMG TEH JOB KILLING HEALTHCAREZ & TAXES!!1!" to blame it on. Nothing was different by March. No scapegoats, sorry.
