@williamhassig Try creating some original content yourself then and post it to the web. I think you’ll find it a little harder than just commenting on others work, I notice you have no videos on your channel. And just for future grammar reference you should have used ‘were’ in place of ‘was’, looks like you have trouble even commenting on peoples work.
Do those SONY Glasses work with normal 3D DLP Projectors (120Hz)? I bought an Acer H5360BD and some cheaper DLP Glasses but those SONY's look really interesting :) if they will work, where do you source them?
@ComicBookManiaShop I know next to nothing about home projectors but I would assume you would need some kind of shutter glasses rather than the polarized passive ones we use? To use passive you would have to have two projectors, two polarizing filters, two converters and a silver screen or are home systems now way more advanced than I'm thinking?
@albertomHD Ha ha It's ok, don't be too hard on B1GbadBOR1S - he's actually the guy with the mullet operating the projector in the opening scene of the above video.
@jasemannz ohhh, then my respects with him! I actually like the job he does.. I like this technology, that's why y looked up for this kind of videos.. :)
@albertomHD Yes you are correct. The light from the 'video' is passed through polarizing filters before the lens, reflected off our screen to the viewers glasses which contain a pair of analyzing filters (polarizers mounted in reverse).
@jasemannz so, with that polarized image, the screen is white right? In the theater at my city they use white scree, I want to know what technology uses the silver screen.. Real D?
@albertomHD Yeah all the RealD installations I've seen are using silver screens so they must be a requirement. Dolby 3D seems to work fine on almost anything (we are still using a Harkness matt white screen from the 35mm installation) although silver screens reflect more light so I would think they would benefit both RealD and Dolby 3D as you loose so much light through the filters.
@jasemannz Thanks buddy, it's a valuable information you just shared with me. Tell the mullet guy I regret that coment, he's a hero! Hahaha. Seriously thanks.
His so-called attempts at humor was really annoying.
