I didn't get a chance to build a facade this year, but instead projected the image on the shears in my picture window. I used key mapping with a gamepad to control th emovements. The kids loved it!
Do you plan on making more of these or adding updates? I'd like to have more faces for Gordo the pumpkin.
Also, I did notice that a recorded session does not completely mimic the mouth movements. Is this being corrected?

Great Job! The digital puppets demos are great. I just didn't get a chance to set up the facade this year. Definately next year.
An idea I had was to use key mapping software with a gamepad to work the features (mouth, head direction, and expressions).
I would really like if there were more expression options with Gordo (pumpkin face). The mean face ROCKS!
