  • I was just wondering if you would share what kinds of exercise and equipment you do at the gym? You have always looked great, but its super inspiring to me and has gotten me motivated to make changes in my eating and lifestyle habits! If you would please make a vid explaining what you do, it would be greatly appreciated!

  • hey so when you go to the gym. do you get like your own trainer. or like what do you do. dont meant to be noisy but i havent really been to a gym ive always kinda did videos. but im interested to know what your experiense has been. to be honest im a lil embarased of going to a gym.

  • eat a small apple or banana 15-30 minutes before you actually start a workout. it cuts the hunger issue a bit. also, small homemade fruit smoothies save my starving deal after a work out lol. I use to do chocolate milk for a recovery drink, but the chocolate was just too heavy for me when I started doing morning workouts rather than evening workouts.

  • have you tried having a recovery drink after the gym? there's been studies done saying chocolate milk is a great choice because it will help aid in your after work out recovery and replenish nutrients lost during your workout. you can always blend in some frozen fruit if you don't like just chocolate milk :D

  • Eating breakfast and not skipping meals will make you lose AT LEAST 5-10 lbs in only a week or two. Keep working out, and when you eat you will burn that many more calories. You look fantastic!! I wish so badly I could hit the gym again. I was going almost every day and recently have been too sick to do much of anything at all.

  • Oooh what you eat for breakfast sounds really good... And yes eating before working out is a definite MUST... Learned my lesson yesterday where I almost passed out after working out... :/ my friends yelled at me... Hehe so thanks for the good advice Jazzie..:) -3

  • hmm i usually can't eat before i go to the gym. i eat only a small granola bar because usually working out with an even half full stomach messes me up. my stomach acts all weird and prevents me from getting a good work out... do you have any suggestions for pushing myself? I always run for 45 minutes to burn at least 500 calories a day, but i never use any other machine besides the treadmill because im convinced i wont burn as much calories any other way... but sometimes i get bored ughhh. -_-
