Wow this place looks so ideal. Is it true that Montalbano homes is no longer in business. Man that would be a shame, but this economy has taken a toll on a lot of businesses. That is sad.
First of all, dont call me dude! second I live in Wellington Court and it looks a mess, NOBODY is the models and the women in the video has not been seen for weeks. There are people who have lots that are putting notices on doors asking if we know ANY information about Montalbano and where is their money! So YOU yochicago1 can chill and anybody can shoot video and get paid, its not expensive!
How are there new incentives when the builders are no longer in business? I think its a shame Montalbano can claim they can build you a house in reality they cant? The builder cant even keep the grounds in order let alone build a house. I just dont want consumers to be mislead! If you dont belive me, do your own research.
