Tanman- The 1st arriving companies were already inside in full gear. The guys you see are the medics and drivers of vehicles. (we call them outside guys) they pull hose and throw ladders until they are needed. They really should'nt be on the roof but at this fire they were having trouble getting to the 3rd floor because of heat & smoke so when they laddered the roof they also broke windows 4 ventilation. thanks 4 watchin
