Hi. A little correction. The furthest galaxies aren't moving faster away from us. It is us in The Milky Way that is moving faster away from other galaxies the further away from us they are. We are just seeing wherry old light and have no clue about what the furthest away galaxies actually are doing now.
I think it was some kind of misguided reference to light lag; the fact that looking at distant galaxies is actually observing very old events that happened long ago.
