Ok miss Lady! Its the 21. I started today. Im waiting to see your up date. I think I started out backward. I got up this morning and went to the gym. Worked out for an hour and a half. Honey I love your videos! I just wanted to tell you if you wanna lose a lot of weight just eliminate most sugars/empty carbs. When you eat them, your blood sugar spikes and it tells your body to store fat. Thats why most 'low fat' diets dont work, people just up their carb intake and have difficulty losing weight. I lost 30 pounds in 3 months by only eating breads with fiber (natures own double fiber wheat bread) and pasta w/ 5+grams of fiber, no sugar or drinks allowed.

i also use my cd and movie cases to make palettes what i do i just get the magnet sheets that i buy from michaels and i glue it in the case and in to the shadow in case i want to move it aound..

I wanted to know what are the best brushes for someone like me 46 yrs old that is now interested in doing a full face?(eye shadows, blush,foundation etc.) and what kind of primer would you recommend?
