They said that passing the 14th amendment would make it Constitutional, I guess because they had the same wording. They mentioned the 14th amendment makes it impossible 2 repeal the Civil Rights Act or mess with it in anyway UNLESS of course there is a Constitution Amendment ratified by 3/4 of the states! So w/the 14th still there, line 1 of the Civil Rights Act still remains!

@dudev Actually it IS being seen by authorities. We (ObamaBallotChallenge) have full emails lists of all the state reps and senators in all states and every last one of them are going to see it. Once our ballot challenge is filed, we email all of the state legislators at once and they get the message. Read up on NH, we have more and more legislators joining us every day!

US law is not superseded by a old French work of political philosophy. You're grasping at straws. I was born in the US to two non-citizen parents. They NEVER had to apply for my citizenship. I was automatically a US citizen because of my natural birth here. The path to citizenship for non-citizens is called naturalization, which is what my sister had to go through because she was born in the UK. They said that passing the 14th amendment would make it Constitutional, I guess because they had the same wording. They mentioned the 14th amendment makes it impossible 2 repeal the Civil Rights Act or mess with it in anyway UNLESS of course there is a Constitution Amendment ratified by 3/4 of the states! So w/the 14th still there, line 1 of the Civil Rights Act still remains!

My first clue was that the passage being quoted was from the House, and the introductory material stated that it was Senator Milton Latham (who was from California). Actually, the quote was from Rep. George Latham (West Virginia).
Then it presents arguments as facts ("He got it right" and similar BS). Not enough space to rip this.

And started them up in Libya. From all reports, Obama is thought to be non-religious, since he only started attending any type of church or participating in a religion when he started up in politics.

@dudev We've had ONE hearing so far and that one was illegal because panel members made contributions while on the panel and that's against the law. Orly has alread petitioned the Supreme Court on this one! We now have current cases/hearing in NH, GA, HI, SC, NJ and MANY more to come. We will be hitting all 50 states. I will be filing in mine and the 4 surrounding states around me, if needed!
MY state has it written that you MUST be a Natural Born Citizen and I can PROVE that Obama isn't!

But the people watching it aren't the ones in authority. Do you think some judge is going to make a decision based on a YouTube video? It's not evidence. It's speculation. The courts don't succumb to loud mouths. You need reliable evidence, which you don't have. The state of Hawaii says Obama is natural born, and it has the final word. A court is going to defer to Hawaii, not you.

@dudev Actually it IS being seen by authorities. We (ObamaBallotChallenge) have full emails lists of all the state reps and senators in all states and every last one of them are going to see it. Once our ballot challenge is filed, we email all of the state legislators at once and they get the message. Read up on NH, we have more and more legislators joining us every day!
Orly just filed in the NH Supreme Court and look who is signed on, MANY legislators. People are waking up to the truth!

Considering the Law of Nations defines Natural Born as being born in the country of parents, you then have your definition and an offense against the Law of Nations. Offenses against the Law of Nations is punishable by death!

US law is not superseded by a old French work of political philosophy. You're grasping at straws. I was born in the US to two non-citizen parents. They NEVER had to apply for my citizenship. I was automatically a US citizen because of my natural birth here. The path to citizenship for non-citizens is called naturalization, which is what my sister had to go through because she was born in the UK. My parents' status was irrelevant to my birthright citizenship.

Except for the children of diplomats and military personnel, there are only two paths to citizenship --natural birth and naturalization. The parents status does NOT matter.
