Unless ITV plc have no interest in exporting their product elsewhere, they should take notice, Unless there exist a law in England barring such a practice, I would not be surprised if this sort of thing would come to pass, Perhaps it was Lord Grade's success overseas that got him into trouble in the first place notwithstanding the fact that he was a '''Four-By-Two'''. as it is said.
Lew Grade died in 1998, as I recall. He outlived ITC (which was brought by Polygram a short while earlier).
