as far as i know you can save them to SD card.. but cant be played from them.. and also u can only copy them back to wii u purchased them on. THe games all relate to wii u purchased it on.
i dont know if it applies to an upgrade but i do know if a wii gets damaged or crashes, Nntendo will let u get all the games back for free on your new one, so maybe they'd let u transfer them somehow if u get a new one

Great review, your pretty knowledgable on the system itself and it's nice that your one of the few reviewers i've seen whom did not act obnoxious or say that graphics mean power. Your lights would help it a bit however it's not so easy to get proper lighting in some movies because you end up getting glares or to much light sometimes. Good job! =)

Just one question: Do the Wii remotes eat up batteries so excessivly that you have to replace the batteries almost weekly? Great review by the way!!!
