Holy shit. A video I actually LIKED from you guys? Wow. Here's my input: I don't buy BMC, but I prefer Miller for seemingly more flavor. Never liked Bud Light because it tastes more watery and more carbonated.

I actually tried this and I had them all correct but then i second guessed myself. I was a little confused from miller and coors but bud light stood out to be the worst tasting. Proud of myself for that because I usually talk very lowly of bud light haha

If I'm drinking light beer, I go with Busch Light. It tastes very similar to all the "premium" light beers... and it's cheap. Keystone and Beast Light tastes like corn. Natural Light tastes like nothing. So yeah, that's my logic.

Reading the comments people keep saying all these beers taste the same, but it was really clear from the video that Bud Light was easy to distinguish from the other two because of it's lack of real beer taste (watered down).

Funny BL is the biggest beer brand in the US. As far at the US beer IQ has come in the last few years, it's notable that watered down beer is still the default choice. You'd hope that beer drinkers would insist on a modicum of taste even while drinking lawn mowing beer.

@vunio1 BL definitely stuck out, but just a little. Since starting this show, I usually don't buy these beers anymore, but every now and then when I'm at a picnic or something it seems like the right choice. I probably wouldn't choose BL, but I think I would just buy whichever was cheaper between Miller or Coors.

i'm not a huge fan of any of these, which i refer to as "beer-flavored soda." of the three, the one i gravitate toward is miller. coors i try not to drink because of their involvement in politics, while bud just tastes awful.

Its all marketing and price. All three of these beers are cheap as dirt and have billions dollars of marketing everywhere, they also try to kill the small breweries. Check out the documentary "Beer Wars" on Netflix, it is very insightful on the big major breweries. I understand they are good for session beers ,but I would rather spend the extra money on a custom six pack at Total Wine because it will be more enjoyable and get me just as drunk as 20 Lite beers that taste like corn syrup.

I don't think you're done Red Stripe yet, but I suggest you give it a try. It's your average lager, but it's not all that bad. Granted I had it ice cold on an 85 degree day

This was fun. I have not tried such a thing. I doubt I could name them because frankly I have very little experience trying any of those to begin with. I think this video proves a good point, which is pretty much the assumption that most beer lovers (lite or craft) operat with. That is, craft beer is more expensive and filling, but has good flavors that vary from beer to beer. Lite beer is cheap, has little flavor, and is almost indistinguishable from other lite beers. Nice work.

Ugh, all these beers suck. I do have a few nostalgic memories of Coors Light, and I think Miller Light does have the most flavor but it's far from a good beer (tolerable at best)

And yes, Bud Light is the wateryiest beer in the world. It's undrinkable unless you have a bowl full of potato chips and NOTHING else to drink.

I've looked at a handful of Lights blind taste tests and so many get this wrong that it even goes against random picking. Just shows that there is nothing in it. The taste that is.

I recently tried mixing

1 part Crest Super 10% with

7 parts Cheap Fizzy Water.

The taste was pretty close. Much cheaper though.

Like trying to spot three different types of water. Yeah there may well be minute subtle mineral notes, but which is which.

yeah Miller Lite is the best in my book. More flavor and better appearance. Bud Light has a bad smell and bland taste. Coors Light is very very very watery. The one thats very flat and lacks head has to always be Coors Light but its amazing how thats Bud Light. Miller Lite is a good refreshing beer though and thats it.

If i had to pick up a 6 pack of one of these beers it'd be miller light. For me it has the most taste and its the most drinkable.
