Looks like a nice neighborhood to me, I could live there a damn sight better then I could on East Warren and Gratiot. It doesn't matter what you say, in order for Detroit to see a revival, something needs to be done about the ghettos. You worry about people losing their welfare....what do you want? For them to stay on welfare forever, to be forever in destitute without any prospects?
