I train at AZ combat sports so i gotta go varner for upcoming WEC. But I gotta say Ben is a legit ass competitor and I wouldnt be sad at all if he won. The way he dealt with the subs is a testiment to whats being taught over at the lab.

Ben has really grown on me, when i think of MMA wrestling and how i think i should be like, if that makes any sense coming from someone with no wrestling background, i think i Ben Henderson a truly great fighter to watch, and he proves that 4 eyes can fight haha

Haha he grew up in a suburb of Seattle called Federal Way and went to my high school and was one of the best wrestlers all time in our school. He is awesome! He's got a WEC Interim Lightweight Champion Fight on the Sep. 2 on the Versus Channel.
