  • @mario0oiram

  • @nirson123 Thanks

  • wow that shit kills!!!!!!!! 10/10 uploader. thanx

  • Good for man.

I'm 6'0 265lbs and still do my wide arm pull ups. A lot of guys get stronger and begin to steer away from the basics. Pull ups will get your lats bigger and more conditioned than any machine in that gym.

  • @VisionimagifyTV Just learn to do chins.

  • @VisionimagifyTV

    isnt it the same thing?

  • @VisionimagifyTV

its hard for tall dudes lol lat machine is gay so i had to force and learn to do pullups the hard way

  • @VisionimagifyTV Lmao word bro im 6' 3" and its a bitch.

  • @orochimaruisugly im 6'2 just find a higher bar? not so hard hah. Get creative use a tree use something.

  • @ReidHarris7 Nah just tuck your knees in.

  • keep your elbows flared out! otherwise you will involve too much biceps. see how at the beginning of the the rep you bring the elbows in a bit? you can see the bicep tensing.

  • @LTMagic21 biceps are all but inactive when you pronate your wrist like in this video

  • @robiscool09 biceps are never inactive in a pulling movement...but there are ways to incorporate them more or less, which is where wrist pronation/supination and elbow flaring come into play.

  • @LTMagic21 when you pronate your wrist, biceps brachii are about 10% active (if that) in elbox flexion, due to its insertion on the bicipital tuberosity on the radius, brachilis and bracoradialis are prime movers of elbow flexion during pronation.

  • Hey guys, great job, thank you so much for charring such value information with us. You are a nice inspiration for me. Keep the good job.!

  • Good video
