I was clicking random things and stumbled upon this top ten scary things and at number one there was a house that a ventriloquist stayed the night over but he died in his sleep and the owner put the doll that he left was named charlie in a vacant room behind some glass in some shelving and when it was empty you could hear a child like voice saying "help me" and the owner would walk into the room there would be no one but the glass door on the shelve open and the doll looking at the door to room.

I think for the scariest its a three-way tie between: Billy(Dead Silence), Kayako(The Grudge), and The Laugh(Amusement). I have a fear of ventriloquist puppets and clowns so that explains those two and the sound Kayako makes before she jumps out and kills you scared the crap out of me(Not to mention her looks).
