A rape victim is a murder survivor. The violence can easily go "too far" just like forcing "sexual harassment" can turn into rape. Because of the dangers and the permanent damage (even emotionally) I think rape should be defined as sexual harassment and be treated very seriously. Obviously there are different levels of sexual harassment and maybe they should be divided up into classes similar to murders (3rd degree, 1st degree, etc...)
