It's DARRELLE and they clearly showed Welker going up the field and splitting the safeties (while Leonard was coming in for the blitz and Eric Smith just stood there) and Revis was protecting the right side of the field against the RB/'TE. After he saw that Welker had blown past Smith, he quickly jumped off his assignment and tried to chase down Welker, but Welker had too much of a head start. If anything Revis should get praised for that play for tackling Welker 5 yards back
