i think so yes, its a very moisturizing serum.. but i personally don't have any dryness around the eyes so I can't be 100% sure

Well Im still using this product and I didn't notice any irritation or something..But then again thats my personal experience you'd have to try it out to see for yourself and if you are not sure about the caffeine thing then its best to pick another product cause there is pretty much a product out there for anyone =) hope i helped
