I began admiring the Judge and listening to his views about legal and constitutional issues, but it became evident they Judge was a partisan ideologue and his view were slanted accordingly.

For the record, @scienceatheism, Obama tried to close Gitmo but the Republicans in Congress obstructed that. The unconstitutional torture at and continued illegal imprisonments at the military campaign at Gitmo makes our nation and every citizen less safe from terrorism.

Why do I say Ron Paul is crazy? First, his ridiculous statements, such as there is no gold in Fort Knox, and more. Second, his rhetoric about the federal government, that federalism is the sources and cause of the nations problems, this is the same popular but irrational ideas that the Tea Party extremists espouse. Third, his misinterpretation of so many issues as being unconstitutional when they are not prohibited by the Constitution.
