Actually, Bowser Jr's Pitch is quite awesome!

From the batter's point of view, there's a huge paint blob in the screen. So the batter technically has no idea or image of where the ball would go.

actually, I do know how you can get into Daisy's garden from her special. The flying characters like paragoombas and paratroopas or boos can walk through it. I also saw blooper get through it as well :( and Peach's hearts don't hypnotize the female characters so they can catch it. As with wario's, I never found a way to catch it.
