Wouldn't it have been much easier for the filming crew to find a set of identical twins and have them play the roles instead? There must have been an insane amount of digital and video editing involved in having one person play the roles of two people who appear in the same scenes together.

@meshell289 I don't think it was that. The water in the lake appeared to be cold, that's one point why naked. And so they could hide her clothes so she'd have to run naked to her cottage, which just generally would be embarassing to a person of that age even though not necessarely having any personal interest in the matter, and hence of course she didn't have any desire to get naked. It was a childish dare, nothing weird about it.
