The date here is absolutely correct. Don't worry, the poster of the video isn't lieing to us. The Royal Brunei Concert was something between Dangerous and HIStory Concert, that's why you see the similarity to the Dangerous tour. ;)

@Bananpulver No...it's a specially concert celebrating the Sultan of Brunei's birthday. It's from the summer of 1996. He used the Dangerous Tour outfits and songs to keep the HIStory Tour a secret which started in Sept '96. So one can say that this show had the VERY last ever perfomances of such songs like Jam.
