Yeah man, its funny because the FIRST 5 speed car I ever drove was a 2005 or 2006 evo 9 and HOLY SHIT!!! I almost shit my self when I launched it!! but yeah 4g63 all day and most of the people in New England dsm have fucking FREAK cars lol
@holsetdsm91 crankwalk only happens in the 2g 7bolts the 1gb's do not get crankwalk for some reason but in the 1gb's the rods are much weaker so people want the best 6bolt no crankwalk and stronger stock rods.
@HKarmyGuy i have seen 6 bolts with crankwalk. i have owned a dsm shop for 15 years now. i have seen it all. the 7-bolt crankwalk is mostly a myth any motor can crankwalk. its just a throwout bearing( thrust bearing) issue. if you are scared to get crankwalk pull the neutral safety switch and start your car in neutral.
