As soon as I opened it, I cut myself on the serrations. That sharp. Man I whittled, skinning rabbits, made spears and traps and use it everyday for a wide variety of tasks and still comfy and razor sharp. Best knife!

the guid is not completly waterproof, but its is very resistant, it can get beat up. i have one straped to my ultimate survival knife, it rocks.
