Your gunna need to check your internet settings, and/or make sure that your modem
(the box router thingy) is in a good position not to far away fro the ps3. Or you medem coud be unpluged turned off or broken. This happend to me and i fixed mine by going to my netork settings and getting the internet on it. Make sure you have the internet first!
