  • I have a 2000 TJ with the 4 cyl. it getting a little old and tired and I'm having thought of swapping in a 4.0. how practical would that be? would it bolt right in or would I have to make alot of changes?

  • @malamute110 yes and no it depends on you definition of practical you have to cut and relocate your motor mounts your 4 banger trans would have to go bye bye youd need the full engine wiring harness for the 4.0 and the ecm and a few other basic changes and your ready to go

  • Hey Coty,

I have been a sub for quite a while and did not realize that you were a Jeep expert. I have a 1978 Goldern Eagle sitting out next to my house that I just could not part with. I bought it new and drove it for 20 years until I bought a used 1994 Grand Cherokee in 1998 which I am still driving. My wife wants me to get rid of it. It is in pretty good shape, everything is original...is it worth anything and how do I go about selling it if it is? Thanks for all your vids, I love them.

  • Any interest in shipping the windshield? I don't know if it would be worth it with how big it is, but I need one for my 05 LJ.

  • Glad to see the shop in full swing.
