I'm confused by this. The correct grammar is "would have", or the contraction "would've", which I suggested people write. "Would of" is incorrect grammar and the phonetic spelling. So if you're trying to say I'm wrong, then you are seriously embarrassing and should think about what you're saying. That's all.
