Come on guys PBS is still good it's just that we're not little kids anymore. I think Word Girl is a decent show... for it's target audience anyway. :P I still watch Arthur from time to time though. I pray that show gets canceled before it turns to crap, which all shows inevitably do when they overstay their welcome (*cough* Spongebob).

This is the 1996 version, the 1993 one didn't feature the "ei" balloon like this one does.

You're right, but the E/I "Balloon" version came out in 1996. The 1993 version only had the dog passing by and the PBS text appearing after him. So, THIS version is from 1996. It ended in 1999, by the way.
