Runway 10 at RAF Akrotiri has altitude restrictions over the Cypriot village of Akrotiri. In Cyprus, we only have 3 runways available, 1 is on this airforce base and the other 2 are commercial (Larnaka and Paphos). It's all too easy to rely on a long and wide runway, therefore we practiced steep descents...it makes the round off way more interesting.

A steep descent/approach. Why not just glide, there would have probably been enough altitude for that.
