I've always wanted to feel an earth quake. I know that sounds bad, because earthquakes can be terrible, but I just think it would be so neat. Good job for sneaking into that movie, you bad ass you. Does sound like a cute time though. And can I just say - I love that you own shorts with hula dancers on them? That's legit right there. PS: Have a nice family reuion. It's great that you can bring your girlfriend home to your big family and everyone is accepting (or that's my assumption) :]
p.s. i changed this week as well along the lines of being in love. we celebrated our 5 year wedding anniversary and we fell in love all over again. it was magical.

Mmm I would have to say that currently my food obsession is Mentos!!! weird huh? I just love the chewy-ness and minty-ness of the freakin' candy!! Sadly, puertorrican Wal-Mart's (lol) has decided to not sell them anymore, the only place I can buy them is at Walgreen for $1.59 each but they are worth it! Gotta love 'em!

the biggerst thing that bugged me this week was my regionals hockey, there was this one goal keeper who played for the other team and she was so unbelievably cute and i didnt have the nerve to talk to her :( but the funny thing is that after the game i found out that we have the same name. so it was kidda the awesomest and annoyest thing to happen this week.

Mary, while it may be "cold" in San Diego, it has been over 100 for two days in Connecticut! I think you should start a "best part of your day" or "most surprising part of your day". I got an unexpected hug from a customer at work today, I was totally surprised but it made my day to see them so happy!

Food: Neapolitan Root Beer Floats!!! I'm a healthy/organic eater, but as a kid my fam would always got root beer floats on 4th of July. I skipped out on the high class root beer and went straight for the bargain brand. My friend and I bought Neapolitan ice cream thinking we would put the vanilla in the floats and eat the strawberry and chocolate ice cream on their own. When it came time to make the root beer floats happen we threw all 3 flavors in together. It was Magical. Try it. So delicious.

Second, I just saw Winter's Bone because it was filmed in the Ozarks where I attended school and one of the supporting actresses came from MSU and graduated with me (but I'm not going to claim to know her). Diggin the hoodie ...it's been like 90 all week here in Ny so hoodies have been a no no. Love La Roux that chicka is super cool. Have tons of fun here in NY, don't be fooled even though you're headed up north (i'm in rochester so not too far) it's still smokin hot here! Mary, while it may be "cold" in San Diego, it has been over 100 for two days in Connecticut! I think you should start a "best part of your day" or "most surprising part of your day". I got an unexpected hug from a customer at work today, I was totally surprised but it made my day to see them so happy!

Thumbs up for family reunions! Unfortunally my family isnt that close so we never really had one. But my uncle just sent me a graduation crad after I hadnt seen him since I was around 7. Maybe things will start to shift and people start talking to each other again. But I really like your weekly videos cause theyre allways fresh and funny and I can see whats happening on the other end of the world XD

My current fashion (or lack of) obsession is basketball shorts. It's been so hot here in Texas when it hasn't been raining, so I figure cool and comfy is the way to go.
My music obsession for the week has been a mixture of Andrew Belle and Death Cab, I've been going back and forth.
My overall obsession for the week has been sitting on my balcony while it's raining and just writing.

Things that bugged me: Insurance. My insurance is poop and therefore my dear mother and I have to pay $800 big ones to get my wisdom teeth out. Such bologna. Also, my schedule is booked so I might have to get them out a week before I play a gig! Not my luck.

Food: Neapolitan Root Beer Floats!!! I'm a healthy/organic eater, but as a kid my fam would always got root beer floats on 4th of July. I skipped out on the high class root beer and went straight for the bargain brand. My friend and I bought Neapolitan ice cream thinking we would put the vanilla in the floats and eat the strawberry and chocolate ice cream on their own. When it came time to make the root beer floats happen we threw all 3 flavors in together. It was Magical. Try it. So delicious.

My girlfriend and I took my mom to Disneyland yesterday, and we were a bit flabbergasted by the fog and mist. I had to buy a sweatshirt at the end of the day because it got so chilly. We live in the Central Valley, so we were expecting hot weather, not overcast and chilly! My obsession this week: Jamba Juice! I can't get enough of it's fruity deliciousness. And I work at one! lol ;)

OK, I feel bad for commenting on yet another video, but it's fate this week! First, I love La Roux (she performed at KC Pride and it was amazing!). Second, I just saw Winter's Bone because it was filmed in the Ozarks where I attended school and one of the supporting actresses came from MSU and graduated with me (but I'm not going to claim to know her). And for the record, I'm totally diggin' the weekly Wednesday vlog--definitely a keeper!
