@GEORGIOS798 - I wouldn't call them "nazis" but yes A.C has tons of room for improvement. I would just ship them to Europe and Asia for training. A.C has great, modern planes, Awesome pilots and safety, They usually arrive in time and the food is ok too, However they have a major issue with their personnel, especially employees handling passengers, like flight attendants and ground crew. They have an attitude problem and in my opinion they should be re-trained or just let go and hire fresh blood

well.air canada's service has gotten better than 3 or 4 years ago.i didn't like their service before either,like when i asked for a cup of tea 3 years ago,i had to ask for 4 times! But now in less than 5 minutes they bring me what i want.and to all those people out there who thinks air canada is unsafe.why don't you think about what those amercan airlines like delta,AA and united.they are way more unsafer than air canada!terroist attacks and way more accidents!!!

It is pathetic if people are complaining that they can't get a job because they don't know French. If it's your dream, then learn it! French is at least an official language in Canada. In Europe, in nations where they don't speak English, the flight attendants there have to know English, would you say that it's pathetic if they live there, but can't get the job as they don't speak English?

On all the AC flights I've been on they've done both the video and the demonstration. But I prefer the video (both the new one and this one); it's one of the more professional safety videos out there.
