haha, They have been around for over 15 years, I've seen them live 9 times, and only now, after a couple of songs made there way onto house and greys anatomy are they gaining a following.

Say what you like, but it makes me sick that people aren't clued up enough to discover bands earlier in their careers, but rely on the mainstream to turn them onto a band who are very much non mainstream.

And grow up, your pills/crack statement just makes you sound like you're a 10 year old angry eejit.

I never had the chance to hear them before recently and they are 'OK' but to say it was my obligation to have discovered them 15 years ago is a ridiculous statement. I didn't hear them on a tv show, I just happened across them, but in your mind them is not good enough.

You are not special becuase because you listened to them for longer , it ust means you listened to them for longer.

Sometimes it's not that easy to find about a good band early on in their careers. I try to find good local bands all the time, and it can be really difficult to find good bands with real talent sometimes. And you're right, it's a shame most people need the mainstream to hear about some bands, but sometimes that's just the way it happens. It may suck, but there's no need to be hostile towards those people who don't get the chance to listen early on.
